Orders can be placed through our website or authorized platforms. Full payment is required at the time of order placement. We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and other listed payment methods.

3️⃣ Shipping & Delivery

We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 business days from the date of purchase. Delivery timelines may vary based on location and courier availability. Pomoo Cosmetics is not responsible for delays caused by third-party services.

4️⃣ Returns & Refunds

Due to the personal nature of skincare products, we accept returns only for damaged or defective items within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
